Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 16:00 Gulf Standard Time ship the same working day. Delivery inside the UAE takes one to three working days.

Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery, in the original packaging, provided the item has not been registered to an account. Opened software and used consumables cannot be returned.

A faulty item is replaced or refunded in full, including the cost of sending it back. Tell us the order number and we will send a label.
